RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.

Methods to return: 

Evri ParcelShop (No Printer, No Problem)

  1. Visit evri.com/return-a-parcel
  2. Select ELR Style from the list of retailers, select Pshop return and complete the online form.
  3. Take your parcel to your local Evri ParcelShop
  4. Scan the attached QR code on the print in store device and follow the on screen instructions
  5. Attach your printed returns label and hand the parcel to the store operative.

 Evri Home Collection (Printer Required)

  1. Visit evri.com/return-a-parcel.
  2. Select ELR Style from the list of retailers, select courier collection and complete the online form.
  3. Your label will be emailed to you for printing.
  4. Print your label and attach to your ELR Style parcel ready for your courier to collect at your convenience

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

Sorry for this inconvenience, these things do occasionally happen to all brands. Please contact customer support info@elrstyle.com and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

EXCHANGES

We are now able to offer exchanges. Please submit the exchange using our returns center. Once we have received your initial order back in line with our returns policy we will send out the exchanged item FREE of charge!

PRE ORDER INFORMATION

When ordering pre-ordered items, orders are dispatched slightly later than usual as they can only be sent out once our shipment of orders has arrived in full to the warehouse. 

We cannot wait for you to receive and love your items so we always try to keep you updated on your orders, and provide information on when they will be dispatched - we appreciate your patience and continued support! 

As a small team, order processing is done entirely in-house by hand. We kindly ask that you bare this in mind with order discrepancies, and we will work hard to make your shopping experience with us as easy and seamless as possible. 

When ordering items on pre-order, dispatch information will always be provided. If you are making an order containing both pre-order and standard shipping items, the full delivery will be made on the pre-order dispatch date given.

If you need your standard shipping items before then, we recommend ordering them separately from the pre-order items. (Join Inner circle for just £15.99 for unlimited free delivery all year round, or enjoy free shipping on all orders over £50).

DOES PRE ORDER AFFECT RETURNS?

You are still able to return your pre-ordered items, as long as they are unused and in the same condition that you received it. Pre-order returns must be made within 14 days FROM YOUR ORDER ARRIVING, however you will not be able to do this through our regular returns portal and instead will have to drop Charlotte an email at charlotte@elrstyle.com, or message our live chat Monday- Wednesday 9-5pm. We will always aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We currently do not offer free returns.
You will be responsible for the cost of your return.

By agreeing to our terms of purchase you will not be refunded the initial shipping costs on returning items.

*Any items returned that are soiled with deodorant and or makeup marks will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

*Please note it can take up to 21 working days for us to process your return from the date we receive the items.

*Please note EVRI / HERMES / INPOST/YODEL will not deliver your return to a PO Box address so please use an alternative courier.

SHIPPING

Sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

LARGE RESTOCK & LAUNCH DAYS

Orders can take up to 7 working days to be shipped due to demand, as a small start up we will be packaging and delivering these orders by hand which can take time. As we grow and learn we aim to better our process, but for now we really appreciate your patience and support.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, will be shipped on the following Monday. Delivery times may also take longer around UK bank holidays and public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All of our international orders are shipped from our UK Warehouse using the best and most reliable couriers for your specific territory 

Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.

These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:

  1. Country/location of origin of the purchased product
  2. Local VAT rates
  3. Local import taxes

It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.

Our guaranteed landed cost shipping service allows you to prepay all taxes and there will be no additional charges when you receive your package – guaranteed!

All you need to do is prepay the duties at our checkout.

If prepayment is supported for your order, then you will be quoted as follows:

“Prepay xxxx for duties, taxes and fees now to guarantee no additional charges on delivery”

Select this option if you wish to prepay duties & taxes.

Should you choose to use this option, you will be provided with a 100% guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes).

Please note that any inspections and fees applied on imports to your country/location are beyond our control, should you decide not to prepay your taxes during checkout.
