To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 21-day grace period has expired or if items that are not returned to us in their original condition.

We currently do not offer free returns and you will be responsible for the cost of your return. By agreeing to our terms of purchase you will not be refunded the initial shipping costs on returning items.

Please include a note with your name and order number inside the parcel, along with the items you are returning. This will make it easier for us to locate your order details and process your refund. A handwritten note is acceptable if you do not have access to a printer

Methods to return: 

Evri ParcelShop (No Printer, No Problem)

  1. Visit evri.com/return-a-parcel
  2. Select ELR Style from the list of retailers, select Pshop return and complete the online form.
  3. Take your parcel to your local Evri ParcelShop
  4. Scan the attached QR code on the print in store device and follow the on screen instructions
  5. Attach your printed returns label and hand the parcel to the store operative.

 Evri Home Collection (Printer Required)

  1. Visit evri.com/return-a-parcel.
  2. Select ELR Style from the list of retailers, select courier collection and complete the online form.
  3. Your label will be emailed to you for printing.
  4. Print your label and attach to your ELR Style parcel ready for your courier to collect at your convenience
