We offer a 21-day return policy after items are shipped.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

When ordering pre-ordered items, orders are dispatched once our shipment of orders has arrived in full to the warehouse.
As a small team, order processing is done entirely in-house by hand. We kindly ask that you bare this in mind with order discrepancies.

All of our international orders are shipped from our UK Warehouse using the best and most reliable couriers for your specific territory.
